Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population has announced the sale of new apartments that can be purchased through mortgage financing.
According to the ministry, the apartments are located in newly built residential complexes in Baku, as well as in the Absheron and Samukh districts.
All apartments offered for sale have three or four rooms, come with full ownership documents, and are eligible for purchase through mortgage loans.
The price per square meter has been set at:

830 manats in Baku and the Absheron district

435 manats in the Samukh district
Potential buyers can view the apartments and reserve them through the ms.sosial.gov.az online portal.
Under the reservation system, up to three people can reserve the same apartment. If the first applicant decides not to proceed with the purchase, the opportunity is offered to the next person in the queue.
After the reservation is made, a purchase agreement must be signed within 10 days.
The ministry noted that funds generated from the sale of these apartments will be directed toward providing housing for families of martyrs and war veterans.
