Electricity supplies will be temporarily restricted in parts of Baku’s Yasamal and Binagadi districts on October 22 while scheduled maintenance is carried out, according to Azerishiq.
The utility will conduct repairs, inspections and testing at several transformer points to improve the quality of electricity supplies and accommodate growing demand, Report.az said.
Yasamal District
Power restrictions are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Hasan Bey Zardabi, Khidir Mustafayev, Muhammad Nakhchivani, Mirza Fatali Akhundov and Zaur Karimov streets, as well as on part of Tbilisi Avenue.
Binagadi District
Short interruptions are expected from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in parts of Mir Jalal Street in the 9th microdistrict and on Ibrahim Sadigli, Ilgar Jumshudov and Sirab streets in the 6th microdistrict.
Normal electricity service is expected to resume after the technical work is completed. Residents and businesses at the affected addresses were advised to plan for possible interruptions.
