Operating costs for the Ganja Memorial Complex will be financed from funds allocated to Azerbaijan’s Culture Ministry in the state budget, under an order signed by President Ilham Aliyev on Oct. 20.
The order on additional measures concerning the complex establishes the Ganja Memorial Complex as an institution under the ministry.
It instructs the Cabinet of Ministers to arrange funding for the expenses needed to support the complex’s operations from the ministry’s budget allocation and to resolve other matters arising from the order.
