The estimate compares with nominal GDP of 129.1 billion manats ($75.9 billion) in 2025.

Output Forecast to Top 162 Billion Manats by 2028

ING expects nominal GDP to rise to 150.3 billion manats ($88.4 billion) in 2027 and 162.2 billion manats ($95.4 billion) in 2028.

GDP per capita is forecast at $7,857 in 2026, increasing to $8,451 in 2027 and $9,032 in 2028.

The banking group linked the expected increase in the economy’s nominal size to continued stable development of the non-oil sector. Its dollar estimates assume the manat remains at 1.70 to the U.S. dollar throughout the three-year forecast period.
