Armenian Foreign Intelligence Service chief Kristine Grigoryan arrived in Baku to attend the fourth Baku Security Forum, Armenian media reported Tuesday.
The reports cited Melanya Harutyunyan, a spokesperson for Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
Grigoryan is expected to return to Yerevan on the evening of Sept. 22. No other details about her visit or possible meetings in Baku were disclosed.
