Azerbaijan Airlines, AZAL, is considering the possibility of opening several new routes to China as part of its route network development plans.
The airline said China is one of the markets it is currently interested in and that it continues to analyze new opportunities across different destinations.

AZAL noted that decisions on launching new flights are made only after the necessary commercial and operational procedures are completed. Specific routes will be announced after final decisions are made.
At present, AZAL operates direct flights from Baku to Beijing three times a week.
