Azerbaijan Premier League clubs have been fined almost 576,000 manats during the 2025/2026 season, with three rounds still left to play.
According to an infographic based on decisions by AFFA’s Disciplinary Committee, the total amount of fines imposed on the league’s clubs over the first 30 rounds reached 575,400 manats.
Neftchi tops the list with 177,000 manats in fines, more than twice the amount paid by second-placed Qarabag, which has been fined 83,000 manats.
Sabah ranks third with 61,700 manats, followed closely by Kapaz with 61,400 manats.
The rest of the list includes Turan Tovuz with 41,000 manats, Sumgayit with 38,000, Imishli with 28,000, Karvan with 23,000, Araz-Nakhchivan with 22,000, Gabala with 18,000, Zira with 12,000 and Shamakhi with 10,300 manats.
The penalties were issued for a range of disciplinary violations, including objects being thrown onto the pitch, the use of pyrotechnics, insulting or unethical chants by supporters, unauthorized persons entering the field, card-limit violations and protests against refereeing decisions.
The figures offer a sharp snapshot of the disciplinary side of the season. Beyond the standings and match results, clubs have also been paying a significant financial price for behavior on and around the pitch.
