BAKU, Azerbaijan - Azerbaijan exported goods worth about 39.9 million manats ($23.45 million) to Armenia from January through September 2026, according to data from the State Customs Committee.
The figures were reported by Report on Oct. 19.
Trade in the opposite direction remained far smaller. Azerbaijan’s indirect imports from Armenia totaled about 164,000 manats ($96,500) during the nine-month period. Of that amount, $95,500 was recorded in September.
The reported data did not provide a breakdown of the exported goods or identify the transportation routes used.
The customs figures also do not by themselves indicate that direct border traffic between Azerbaijan and Armenia has opened. They measure recorded trade flows between the two countries, including transactions that may use third-country routes.
