Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has appointed new executive heads for the Gadabay district, the city of Naftalan and Baku’s Garadagh district.
Under separate orders dated September 28, Hacibaba Adil oglu Babayev was appointed head of Gadabay’s executive authority, Mammadiya Suleyman oglu Mammadov was appointed to lead Naftalan, and Natig Oruj oglu Aliyev was appointed head of the Garadagh district executive authority in Baku.
