Baku-Ankara Defense Cooperation
Joint Azerbaijani-Turkish exercises are intended to coordinate unit operations and improve interoperability between the two armed forces. The drills come amid heightened regional attention to border security and the expanding geography of conflicts around the South Caucasus.
