The Kremlin confirmed that representatives of Russia, Ukraine and the United States will hold trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi on Nov. 10-11.

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s aide Vladimir Medinsky will lead Moscow’s delegation, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Nov. 3.

Confirmation Removes Uncertainty Over Dates

Washington had previously announced the dates, while Moscow said only that the timing was still being coordinated. The Kremlin’s statement confirmed both the schedule and the head of the Russian delegation.

U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are expected to represent the United States. The discussions are due to take place at the working-group level.

According to the American side, the agenda will include postwar security arrangements, de-escalation, humanitarian measures and efforts to end the war.

Russia and Ukraine remain far apart on the central terms of a possible settlement. The Abu Dhabi round is intended to continue U.S.-mediated contacts.

The Kremlin announcement was independently reported by Reuters and APA.
