BAKU, Azerbaijan - Electricity will be temporarily restricted on sections of nine streets in Baku’s Yasamal district from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 26 while crews carry out scheduled repairs.
Azerishiq, Azerbaijan’s state electricity distributor, said work will be conducted at a transformer facility to improve supply quality and prepare the network for growing demand, according to Report.az.
The restrictions will affect sections of Abbas Mirza Sharifzade, Jafar Jabbarli, Ahmad Javad, Khagan Dadashov, Khidir Mustafayev, Isfandiyar Zulalov, Muhammad Nakhchivani, Muzaffar Hasanov and Vasif Aliyev streets.
The utility said the outage will not cover the entire Yasamal district or every building on the listed streets. Power is expected to be restored to the affected areas after the work is completed.
